Orders & Payment

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, and Discover). 

We collect sales tax where we are required to by law. Any applicable taxes will be clearly shown at checkout.

An order confirmation email is sent to you when you place the order. If you have not received it within a few hours of placing your order please contact us to let us know.

We will accept returns and exchanges of items if:

• Items are returned within 30 days of customer receipt.

• A valid proof of purchase is provided (see below).

• Items are returned in good condition—unused and unwashed.

If you discover an item has a manufacturer’s defect or was damaged during transit, we will accept the item for return or exchange with proof of purchase. Without proof of purchase, the item can be exchanged only for the same item. We are unable to accept any items for return or exchange without proof of purchase. Items purchased as final sale cannot be returned, exchanged or repaired. 

A refund or exchange will be issued once we have received your returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for refund/exchange/store credit. Returns/exchanges do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Your refund or exchange will be issued and emailed upon return approval.  

Proof of Purchase for Eligible Items

Proof of purchase is required to issue an appropriate exchange, credit or refund for eligible items, as well as any taxes due to be refunded in accordance with applicable state law. We will accept the following as proof of your purchase:

• eReceipt

• Gift Receipt

Credits and Refunds

We will issue an appropriate credit or refund in one of the following ways:

• With an eReceipt or other major credit card used at the time of purchase, the item’s purchase price will be refunded in the Original Form of Tender

• With a Gift Receipt, the item’s purchase price will be refunded by a Shop Card. When the Gift Registry Number is presented without proof of purchase, the item’s current selling price will be refunded by a Shop Card.

Please note: Shop Cards, Gift Cards and eGift Cards are valid for Monaco Parc purchases and are not redeemable or subject to exchange for cash or a cash equivalent, except as required by applicable law.

To return/exchange an item, please reach out to our team and include your order number. They'll take good care of you.

Personal hygiene products, sale final sale merchandise, or products that are specified as non-returnable in its description are not applicable for returns and exchanges.

You can cancel your order up to 24 hours of purchase as long as your order has not been processed and dropped off for shipment.  Please let us know as soon as possible :)
