Part Time Coordinator

POSITION: Part Time Coordinator
TIME COMMITMENT: 2-3 Days per Week


Monaco Parc is looking for a Part Time Coordinator to work in our Denver office. This person will work to complete independent projects and/or provide support in the areas of logistics, production, event management, marketing and administration.  

Responsibilities & Duties
  • Assisting in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities
  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
  • Ensuring project deadlines are met
  • Undertaking project tasks as required
  • Working with vendors
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and research skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • A self-starter – you don’t need your hand held
  • Trustworthy – if you said you spellchecked something, you actually did
  • You aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty and no task is beneath you 
  • You don't mind martinis at lunch
  • Creativity is a plus but not required
